Drawing has always been a way for me to concentrate unlike any other medium. It forces me to zoom in, and see a world within a detail, and time evaporates. Drawing is a memorization technique for me, where a pencil brands an image into my brain. A leg’s curve, how eyes are positioned close to ears, the strange bump of bone just above the hoof, the length of a nose and ‘where the hell does the tail start?’ are answered in drawing. But beware…. sheep move fast when hungry, and force you to jump lines and focus from moment to moment. They are the masters after all.
